Day #2

In Quilting by Lisa Burnett

Well, I am feeling a little better since my last post today.  I think the crisis has been rectified and everything looks to be back to normal.  If you didn’t read my earlier post, we were having major problems with our credit card processing company when they processed our Holly’s Tree Farm BOM subscriptions this morning.  We have used this company for almost two years without a problem.  But today they had a major malfunction in their system which caused some of our customers to be charged multiple times for their subscription.

They had some technical answer for me, but I really don’t understand it.  I just know that we had a lot of upset customers this morning.  If I were you, I would be upset too!  If you were one of those affected, please know that we have already refunded any over charges to your account.  The issue is that the company told me it may take 5-7 days for that to show in your account.  We will send everyone who was affected an email this weekend just to make sure everyone understands what happened and what they should see in their account.

And while everything has been fixed and the credit card company assures me everything is fine and they have taken precautions that it won’t happen again, I worry some of you may feel uneasy about ordering from us again.  All I can say is if there is ever a problem, we will always, always, always fix it.  We felt it was the right and honest thing to do to actually announce the problem on our website, instead of just contacting the customers it affected. We are so thankful to our customers and for many of you who sent a sweet email or message of encouragement this morning, thank you so much.  We so appreciate you all!

So, now to a happier topic.  It’s Day 2 of our 12 Days of Christmas!

I love this Drawstring Tote made from Holly’s Tree Farm.  That green store front fabric is one of my favorites.

The most fun part about the tote is that you can have any name or word you wish printed on the label.  We just used “merry”,  but it would be so fun to place a gift in the tote and the name of the recipient on the label.

We love this new label design, but I think some of our other label designs would be cute on the tote as well.  Here are some options:

All of these mini labels come on one sheet:

Or you could actually make the gingerbread cookies and put the label on front:

You can find all of our 12 Days projects here, and if you prefer ordering from Etsy, you can find them here.

Again, thank you so much for your patience with us today.  Have a great weekend- see you back here on Monday for more great projects!
